What about Chiefs 9-1 Manning Rangers?
Chiefs 9-1 Rangers was pre-PSL (just happened to be the same year, 1996). The league had a half-season in transition from a January - December season to a July-June (European) one. Chiefs’ 9-1 win came in the 1996 short/mini league (Chiefs ended up as champions). The PSL era started in 1996-1997 & Chiefs won 3-1 (A) & 3-2 (H) v Manning Rangers. (Rangers ended as champions, Chiefs 2nd).
What about pre-PSL era?
Football did not begin in 1996, but (free) records before the PSL era are scarce. However, these are some notable results from earlier years.
